A: Yes, but make sure not stand still or sit upright on the equipment, it is only allowed to slightly lean your body forward while standing and hold the table or chair in front of you with both hands, applying low speed or the most comfortable speed for your to proceed with training; or slightly squatting down, or sitting on the chair and placing the legs on the equipment for lower limbs vibration training.
A: Yes. We have many successful cases of the stroke patients whose body function improve a lot after using the vibration equipment. That is to say, vibration equipment is one of the great assistances for the stroke patients. They may use the machine by holding or leaning on the bed or furniture which are nearby; or they may sit on the equipment. The more they use, the earlier they regain their competence.
